They start with an extra lean ball of ground beef pressed firmly onto their cast-iron cooktops, which as any cook knows adds that extra depth of flavor no other cooking surface can provide. Then each burger is seared till golden brown and then complimented with flavorful onions, just the right amount of special seasonings, and if desired topped with cheese before all being placed on a delicious potato bread bun.
